AED Manufacturer
KLUX
KLUX uses professional instruments to perform live shock testing on AEDs — in front of the client. When an emergency happens, clients remember what they witnessed. This is the standard our founder set for KLUX's AED service: in a critical moment, every life deserves a fighting chance.
After five years as a distributor, KLUX made the transition to becoming a Taiwan-based AED manufacturer — driven by the conviction that we should hold ourselves to a higher standard in quality assurance and localized service, in order to provide clients with safer and more effective emergency equipment.
Will Your AED Work When You Need It?
Since Taiwan's regulatory amendments in 2013 accelerated AED adoption, many organizations have purchased their devices and completed CPR training — but has anyone stopped to ask: what if the AED doesn't work when it's actually needed?
Does the alarm sound when you open the cabinet? Does the AED power on when you press the button? Are the pads and battery still within their expiry dates — so everything must be fine?
Are you worried about expired pads? A dead battery? A device that won't turn on? Or pads that fail to detect an ECG signal even when applied to a patient's chest — let alone deliver a shock?
KLUX understands these concerns. That is why we offer the most thorough inspection service available — including live shock testing — because we believe it is our responsibility to protect lives in Taiwan.

KLUX Conducts Regular Live Shock Testing for Clients
As part of our professional after-sales service, KLUX performs regular shock testing on AEDs within the service period:
- Using professional testing instruments, a live discharge test is performed on the AED to verify that the energy output (joules) and waveform fall within the acceptable range.
- Battery voltage is measured using professional diagnostic instruments.
- Both sets of test results are co-signed by the KLUX inspection engineer and the client, then uploaded to the KLUX Smart Cloud Platform for historical review. (This is an optional value-added service.)
