With the LUCAS® 3 device, cardiac arrest patients receive effective, consistent, and uninterrupted chest compressions in accordance with the CPR guidelines of the American Heart Association (AHA) and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC).

The LUCAS Chest Compression System is a portable device designed to address the limitations of manual chest compressions. By delivering effective, consistent, and uninterrupted compressions in line with AHA and ERC guidelines, LUCAS supports rescuers throughout the resuscitation process.

The LUCAS Chest Compression System is designed for use across a wide range of situations and settings, including accident scenes, patient transport, ground ambulances, air ambulances, hospitals, and cardiac catheterization laboratories.


High-Quality CPR with Minimal Interruptions

High-quality CPR is critical to patient outcomes. The LUCAS device delivers guideline-compliant chest compressions at a depth of 5.3 cm (2.1 in.) and a rate of 102 ± 2 compressions per minute.
