The area of the body receiving treatment should be uncovered during use, allowing the skin to absorb the thermal energy generated by the far infrared capsule as efficiently as possible.

The capsule-style enclosure allows users to lie down comfortably during treatment. The body of the unit is constructed with thermally insulated, safety-rated materials.

For general wellness use, the recommended session time is 40 minutes.
